Start doing more outdoor activities such as:

 

Try activities like: 

  • hacky sacks 

  • frisbee

  • kicking a ball around

  • walking to class rather than electric alternatives

  • Yoga

  • daily stretching

  • focusing on your diet

Awareness is key, try to be proactive by being conscious of potential bad habits. Sometimes it is very easy to look forget about the toll that sedentary behavior can have on one’s health.

Mental health, and motivation, can even increase focus.

This is all we want as students,

and now we can achieve a healthier lifestyle that not only will make us happier, help stress levels, and moods, but also increase our focus on the schooling that we are trying to pursue
